Welcome to “Positive Change!” If you want to feel better about yourself and your state of mind, you’re going to feel right at home here.

My name is Kam Carman, and I consider myself to be somewhat of an expert when it comes to re-examining life and starting over. For many years, I was a newscaster at a local television station, but in that kind of business (as is the case with many others) it was easy to lose sight of myself. So, change it was! And quite an education process, as well. I now know how late-in-life changes are tough to prepare for. I also know that I’m not alone in facing such hurdles.

That said, I’m pleased to announce that I’m now the Broadcast and Publicity Producer for Allure Medical – a thrilling challenge at this point in my career! When I was younger, we only had encyclopedias and academic papers to rely on for research – no internet, blogs, or podcasts. Google was unheard of. But now, with one keystroke, we can find out everything there is to know about, well, everything! And I’m delighted to become a fresh pair of eyes when it comes to researching topics you most want to hear about.

As I’ve aged, I’ve found that taking care of myself has become more important than ever. There comes a time when we just simply feel old, creaky, not as attractive, or just plain frumpy. That’s part of what has drawn me to Allure. I feel so privileged – through the mission of its founder, Dr. Charles Mok – to once again be able to “embrace me,” and learn to love the way I look and feel. I’ve had firsthand experience with many of the services and products offered at Allure, and this is a very exciting time for me, as well as for all of Allure’s patients.

As medicine and technology continue to evolve, we’ve been exposed to treatments we never thought possible before. Whether you’re interested in hormone replacementvaricose vein treatmentsstem cell therapyweight loss, or you simply want a more youthful look, you’re in good hands. I’ll be sharing honest insights along the way, and I’ll encourage you to help all of us reach our personal goals.

I look forward to taking this journey together!
