Andrea has worked in various settings, from emergency to hospice care. She is originally from Canada; therefore, she had a steep learning curve when she had moved to the United States. So far, she has travelled to Minnesota and North Carolina on to finishing up her family nurse practitioner degree. Andrea has been a nurse for almost two decades, and in her opinion, nursing is the best career in the world. Her career has been very diversified within the profession, and Andrea has not necessarily enjoyed one aspect more than the other – she likes it all!

Andrea currently has two very busy, young children and a wonderfully supportive spouse. As a family, they have two English Bulldogs, which makes for a house that is never dull.
