On your first day the goal is to get your body ready for the challenge. Follow this meal plan and enjoy one to two cups of green tea or black coffee throughout the day.
For a green smoothie, mix these together in a blender: 1 cup kale leaves, 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice, ginger root (optional) & 16 ounces of water with lemon.
Prepare a large plate with kale or spinach. Top it with beets, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, avocado, cashews & green peas. Dress with apple cider vinegar.
Snack on 1 cup of unsweetened berries. Drink 32 ounces of water with lemon.
Heat olive oil in a medium pan. Souté garlic, mushrooms & 1 cup lentil beans. Plate on top of a bed of mixed greens. Drink 32 ounces of water with lemon.
For banana ice cream, mix these ingredients together in a food processor: 2 frozen bananas, 1/2 cup almond milk & 1 teaspoon of almond butter.
Enjoy a non-caffeinated ginger tea with honey.
For the next three days you’ll need to make the mix for the cleansing juice. This removes waste and alkalizes your system. Mix these ingredients together:
-1 Fleet® saline enema
-1/2 bottle of Citrate of Magnesia
-1 gallon of filtered water
-Juice of 4 grapefruits
-Juice of 3 lemons
-Juice of 6 oranges
Drink this cleansing concoction 8 ounces at a time over the course of the next three days
Now it’s time to replenish your system’s vital nutrients. Throughout the next three days be sure you’re consuming the following:
-Probiotic > 20 billion CFU
-Omega 3 source: Ground flax seed oil capsules
-Vitamin D3: 2000 IU daily
-64 ounces of water a day
Make a green smoothie with 1 cup of kale or spinach, 2 cups of almond milk & 1/2 cup of berries. You could also make the green smoothie from day 1.
Plate a large bed of mixed greens. Top with as many different vegetables that you desire.
1/2 avacado, 1/4 cup of cashews & 1 cup of unsweetened berries. Dress with apple cider vinegar.
Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a medium pan. Saute onions, garlic, mushrooms & a bean of your choice. Plate on top of a large bed of mixed greens.
To make banana icecream, mix together in a food processor: 2 frozen bananas, 1/2 cup almond milk & 1 teaspoon of almond butter. For a chocolate twist, add cacao nibs to the mix.
Enjoy 1-2 cups of ginger tea or warm lemon water.
