At Allure Weight Loss, we know that being your best begins with feeling your best. If you’re struggling to lose weight, feeling sluggish all the time and reaching for coffee and sugar to keep you going, chances are you would benefit from some nutritional counseling.

We recommend consuming a green drink twice daily to keep you feeling full and giving you vital nutrients for healthy living. We’ve provided you with an easy how to video so you can make these at home. Go ahead and give them a try, and let us know how you’re doing!

Green Drinks

(consume 1-2 per day)

Using a blender, such as VitaMix, Ninja, or Magic Bullet, blend any combination of the following; add water to achieve desired consistency.

Pick 3-4- Handful of each

  • Kale
  • Collard Greens
  • Bok Choy
  • Spinach
  • Broccoli Rabe
  • Chinese/Napa cabbage
  • Swiss Chard
  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Arugula
  • Cabbage
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Cauliflower
  • Watercress
  • Chard
  • Beet Greens
  • Chicory
  • Parsley
  • Turnip Greens
  • Mustard Greens
  • Chive
  • Kohlrabi

Pick 1-handful of each

  • Peppers
  • Carrots
  • Tomatoes
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries

Ingredient List

1 1/2 cups of water
2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups fresh Kale
1 cup of Collards
⅓ cup Broccoli
Handful of Strawberries
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
