Allure Medical's New Patient Safety Protocols

At Allure Medical, we are going above and beyond the safety guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization to prevent the spread of viruses, including COVID-19. In addition, we have also implemented our own, stringent measures.


  • We are offering TeleHealth appointments as an option for our patients. This allows patients to be addressed by one of our health professionals with a simple video chat or phone call from the comfort of their own home. To make a TeleHealth appointment call (866) 268-2522.

  • Patient in-office appointments are limited to minimize capacity and to optimize social distancing practices.

  • All staff members are screened for fever, cough, travel or possible exposure to COVID-19 before they're allowed to serve patients each and every day. If a staff member does present viral symptoms, they are immediately sent home. Our staff wears all appropriate personal protective equipment while serving you.

  • We have continued our efforts to ensure our offices meet the highest standard of cleanliness. This includes the disinfecting of patient rooms, elevator buttons, door handles, iPads, counters, tables and restrooms continuously throughout the day and between patients.

  • Hand sanitizer is easily accessible throughout our offices.


  • Before visiting any of our offices, patients are asked a series of questions over the phone to determine if they exhibit any symptoms related to COVID-19. If they do, we do not schedule their in-office appointment until they are asymptomatic.

  • We will provide special hours for highly vulnerable patients, including the elderly and those with chronic conditions when needed.

  • To abide by all individual State’s Executive Orders, patients are required to wear a face mask in order to enter and while in our offices.

  • All patients will receive a wellness screening to detect a fever, cough, travel, or possible exposure to COVID-19 before entering our medical offices.

  • We are requesting that if a patient is accompanied by a guest, that the guest please wait in their vehicle during the patient’s appointment to avoid office overcrowding.

  • We are minimizing patients’ waiting time in our lobbies by implementing “direct-to-room” service whenever possible.

  • We are respectfully asking that all patients abide by the 6’ social distance guidelines within our practice whenever possible.

  • Checkout can be performed from the patient’s treatment room to avoid any overcrowding at our check out desk.
